Normal vendor-based support offers access to software upgrades and support on use of the software products. Partake takes this a stage further with its
Competence Center.
The competence center offers functional support on your company's tailored Oracle EPM applications, with a full range of services spanning occasional remote Application Support to fully outsourced Application Management.
The Partake competence center offers functional support on the following Oracle EPM products:
• Hyperion Financial Management
• Hyperion Enterprise
• Hyperion Planning
• Hyperion Essbase
• Related products like FDQM, Financial Reporting and SmartView
The Partake competence center offers different levels of support:
Application Support
High quality functional remote support during working hours (response time of 4 hours). Includes:
• Helpdesk function
• Usage of the competence center's internal Knowledge Database
• Periodic quality check to keep your application(s) optimised
• Information on the latest software releases
Critical Period Support
On top of the standard Application Support the competence center can provide you with Critical Period Support, ensuring that you have our competence center on stand-by for possible emergency support during key closing periods (response time of 2 hours). Support outside working hours is also possible.
Application Maintenance
After your Oracle EPM application is in production, the competence center can additionally provide you with Application Maintenance; small pieces of remote application development and maintenance (e.g. reports, rules, integrations, outlines).
Application Management
Today's technologies demand an increasing level of product, IT and functional knowledge to ensure smooth system administration and maintenance. Outsourcing the entire administration of your Oracle EPM application to our competence center can give peace of mind in the ongoing operation for your applications.
You can host the Oracle EPM applications on your own environment while the competence center provides the best practice Application Management services to administer the application environment. However, the competence center can also arrange for a fully out-sourced hosting solution if that is required.
Coaching
In cooperation with Partake Consulting the competence center can provide you with Coaching; consulting services by our experienced consultants (e.g. release management, application performance improvement, implementation of best practices, advisory services).
