Turn key Implementation
There are times when clients have no internal resource to dedicate to a
EPM product implementation. However, they recognize the need and the
benefit they will have from moving on with the implementation. In this
case Partake can offer a "Turn key" solution.
Partake works closely with the client to define the requirements and
to undertake detailed design sessions. After this point the client's
involvement is limited to validation workshops throughout the process.
At the delivery point the client can chose for a detailed handover of the system
to internal resource or can prolong the outsourcing to Partake by having our
consultants administer the system, as part of our Application Management program.
